Tuna and tomato pasta salad

Ingredients

For the salad:

  • 2 cos lettuces
  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 100g tinned tuna
  • 4 spring onions
  • Handful fresh parsley
  • 1 mozzarella ball
  • 100g spaghetti

For the dressing:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • Sprinkle black pepper

Simple steps

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to pack instructions, drain and allow to cool.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the salad. Chop the lettuce, tomatoes, spring onions and parsley. Drain the tuna. Cube the mozzarella. Place all the ingredients in a bowl with the spaghetti and mix together.
  3. For the dressing, place the olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Sprinkle with black pepper. Mix together.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
