Ingredients
For the salad:
- 2 cos lettuces
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 100g tinned tuna
- 4 spring onions
- Handful fresh parsley
- 1 mozzarella ball
- 100g spaghetti
For the dressing:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Sprinkle black pepper
Simple steps
- Cook the spaghetti according to pack instructions, drain and allow to cool.
- Meanwhile, prepare the salad. Chop the lettuce, tomatoes, spring onions and parsley. Drain the tuna. Cube the mozzarella. Place all the ingredients in a bowl with the spaghetti and mix together.
- For the dressing, place the olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Sprinkle with black pepper. Mix together.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
