Ingredients
- 4 carrots
- 1 apple
- 1 small red onion
- 1 handful of raisins
- 1 red or yellow pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- ½ teaspoon mixed herbs
- ½ teaspoon Cajun spice
- Juice of half a lemon
- Pepper to taste
Simple steps
- Peel and grate the carrots.Peel, core and grate the apple. Thinly slice the red onion.Thinly slice the pepper.Peel and crush the garlic
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix thoroughly and chill in the fridge.
- Season with pepper and serve.
