Hi, my name is Joanne. I am the Cook and Eat Well Team Leader. Cook and Eat Well is such a great course and the team are really approachable, supportive and enthusiastic.  They will make sure you learn lots of new cooking skills whilst ensuring you have lots of fun.

My favourite recipe is healthy fish pie.

Healthy Lifestyles Lead Coordinator 

Hi, my name is James and I am the Healthy Lifestyles Lead Coordinator based in Coventry. I am part of the team that delivers the Cook Together Eat Together project – an amazing project helping to tackle social isolation and poor nutrition in the over 55’s. Being able to meet so many wonderful people on a weekly basis, seeing their confidence grow and new friendships forming is part of what makes my role so fantastic.  

My favourite recipes from the project are the Cherry Scones and I’m also known to be a fan of cooking the Spinach and Chickpea Curry!

Hi, my name is Sam and I am a project coordinator based at the Tipton office.  I deliver Cook Together Eat Together sessions in Birmingham.  The cooking clubs are a great opportunity to meet new people and try new recipes.

Watching people’s confidence grow and seeing new friendships develop is really rewarding.  I have meet some great participants and look forward to meeting many more.

My favourite dish is Sweet and Sour Chicken.

Hi, my name is Dean, I’m the Healthy Lifestyles Coordinator and part of the team in Stoke-on-Trent which delivers our amazing Cook and Eat Well programmes. Having worked in the Health and Wellbeing industry for many years I’ve developed a great appreciation for courses like ours, and have had the pleasure of seeing first-hand the positive changes eating well can have on all our lives. I love delivering our courses because they are so much fun and I hope that many more people will come along and join in.

My favourite dish has to be our Omelette Popovers, a great way to start a morning.
