Breakfast Trifle

This fruity trifle is perfect for the mornings, it will help to kick start your day

  • Tablespoon
  • Glasses or small bowls to serve


  • 1 box of granola or unsweetened muesli
  • 1 pot of low fat natural yoghurt or low fat Greek yoghurt
  • Canned or fresh fruit of your choice (e.g. peaches, bananas, strawberries, blueberries)

Simple steps

  1. Put a layer of yoghurt into a small glass and top this with a layer of chopped fruit.
  2. Add another layer of yoghurt and top this with a layer of granola or muesli.

Top Tip:

  • You can layer your trifle however you want to!
  • Why not use fruit yoghurt instead of a plain one?
