Ingredients

  • 2 medium/ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of oats (85g)
  • ¼ cup raisins (35g)
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Simple steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 175C/350F/Gas Mark 4
  2. Peel and mash the bananas
  3. Combine all the ingredients into a mixing bowl
  4. Shape into biscuit shapes on the baking tray
  5. Bake for 15 minutes until golden
