Ingredients
- 80g unsaturated fat spread
- 25g light muscovado sugar
- 30ml honey
- 100g self-raising flour
- 100g oats
- 30g mincemeat
- 1 teaspoon mixed spice
Simple steps
- Turn the oven to 170C/150C Fan/Gas Mark 3
- Line the baking trays with greaseproof paper
- Turn on the hob to a low heat, add the spread, sugar and honey in the pan and stir until melted, or melt in the microwave on high for one minute
- Stir in the flour, oats, spice and mincemeat and mix well. Cool for 5 minutes
- Roll tablespoons of the mixture onto the greaseproof paper and flatten gently
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden
- Cool on the wire rack
