Ingredients
- 75g plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 5ml vanilla extract
- 150g caster sugar
- 15g cocoa powder
- 30ml boiling water
- 75g plain chocolate
- 25g milk chocolate
- 100g unsaturated fat spread
Simple steps
- Preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas Mark 4
- Line the tin with baking parchment
- Melt the chocolate and unsaturated fat spread together either in the microwave or in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water
- Put the cocoa powder into a small bowl and add the boiling water, mix until smooth
- Break the eggs into a large bowl, add the sugar and vanilla essence, whisk and add the cocoa mixture
- Add the chocolate and whisk until smooth
- Sift the flour and fold in to the mixture
- Pour into the tin and bake for 20 minutes
