Ingredients
- 150g jumbo oats
- 2 medium, very ripe bananas
- 60g melted margarine
- 60g cherries, chopped
- 60g cranberries, chopped
- 40g sunflower seeds
- 40g pumpkin seeds
Simple steps
- Preheat the oven to 200c (fan 180c, gas mark 6)
- Mix the oats, cherries, cranberries and seeds in the mixing bowl
- Pour in the melted butter and mix well
- On the plate mash the bananas with the fork, add to the mixture and stir
- Spread the mixture into the baking tin and bake for around 20-25 minutes
- Once ready carefully transfer the bake to the wire rack for cooling and cut into 6 bars
