This Chinese style dish is great as a side or add some veg to make it a main course!

- Wok / frying pan
- Saucepan

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 200g rice
- 100g frozen peas
- 4 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1-2 tsp soy sauce
Simple steps
- Cook the rice as per packet instructions, drain and leave to one side
- Run the frozen peas under warm water to defrost
- Beat the egg and sesame oil in a mug
- Heat the oil in the wok and add the cooked rice, heat through thoroughly
- Add the peas and spring onions, with the soy sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes
- Make a well in the middle of the pan and pour in the egg mixture, stir until the egg is cooked then mix with the rest of the ingredients
