Ingredients
- 4 rashers lean bacon
- 250g self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 85ml sunflower oil
- 2 eggs
- 100ml semi-skimmed milk
- 100ml low fat natural yogurt
- 3 spring onions, finely sliced
Simple steps
- Grill the bacon under a hot grill until cooked through, set aside
- Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas Mark 6
- Mix together the bicarbonate of soda and flour in the bowl
- Beat the eggs and add to the oil in a measuring jug
- Add the milk and yogurt to the egg mixture
- Cut the bacon into small pieces and add to the mixture with the spring onions
- Combine the flour with the rest of the ingredients
- Spoon into paper cases
- Bake for 15-18 minutes
