The Cook and Eat Well team are here to help residents in the West Midlands to make healthy food choices.
We offer FREE healthy cooking courses which centre around developing peoples’ cooking skills, understanding of healthy eating and build confidence in cooking a meal from scratch on a budget.
We have a wealth of healthy eating advice, tips and healthy recipes.
The project is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund and delivered by Groundwork West Midlands.
If you live in Coventry, are aged 55 and over, and want to know how to cook and eat in a healthier way while meeting new people, then our cooking clubs are for you!

Do you have a love of cooking? Could you inspire others? Then our Community Cooking Champions programme is for you!
We will train volunteer community members to become local Community Cooking Champions and run their own cooking clubs. Training will cover topics such as:
